A Day in the Brewery

I spent the day with Alex Shirey of Clinch River Brewing. Even better, it was brew day! I got to see one of my favorite beers (Almost 29lb Brown) being made. While I have not had a chance to do a formal interview with Alex, I wanted to share some of the images of brew day!
